Coverage includes dependents and domestic partners\n·Wellness Reimbursement: $250 annually to support employee’s healthy lifestyle\n·Tuition Reimbursement: $3,000 for undergraduate and $6,000 for graduate coursework each year\n·Parental Leave: Up to 6 weeks of paid bonding leave and paid postpartum leave for new parents\nYour voice matters: We foster a culture where your ideas and feedback is encouraged!\nGrowth-focused: Opportunities for personal and professional growth!\nSupportive team: Join a collaborative, friendly, and motivated group of individuals!\nJoin a team that values balance, development, and long-term stability all while helping empower individuals through our life changing assistive communication technology solutions!\nThis is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.\nOffice Address: 1400 Cherrington Pkwy, Moon Township, PA 15108\nAs a Shipping & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for:\nPrepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail in the contents, packaging, and documentation within a timely manner.\nRe-ship undeliverable packages to ensure customers receive their equipment promptly.\nUse Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, shared documents and drives) to collaborate with coworkers all throughout the country.\nUtilize warehouse systems including barcode scanners, Enterprise Resource Planning software (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and shipping software to track, log, and update shipping information.\nEnsure packaging, labeling, and related shipping records are in compliance with company and international standards.\nCoordinate with our Inventory Management and Production teams to help maintain the flow of materials and keep inventory records accurate.\nActively contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize warehouse organization and streamline shipping processes.\nRestock supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, labels, and paperwork to maintain the outbound flow efficiently.\nCollaborate with our team in other departments to resolve any shipping issues and ensure the flow of shipments is uninterrupted.\nFollow all safety protocols and always maintain organization and cleanliness in compliance with 5S standards.\nPerform various other tasks assigned by manager.\nWhat you'll bring:\nDetail-oriented with an appreciation for accuracy, particularly when dealing with shipping labels, addresses, and order contents.\nSolutions-focused with strong communication skills when problem solving in a team environment.\nComfortable using and adapting to new technology for warehouse processes.\nStrong organizational skills and maintain a clean workspace.\nEnjoy being active and on your feet throughout the day (Light to moderate physical labor is involved.)\nAre reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with an ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner.\nAre interested in lean process improvement and contributing to efficiency gains in the warehouse environment.\nTake pride in your work and your team’s accomplishments, continuously seeking to improve yourself and help your team reach higher goals than thought possible.\nPrevious shipping or logistics experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with ERP/WMS systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nExperience working with Haz mat or international shipments.\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
