The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting endpoint configuration and compliance across the enterprise environment. \n\nPosition Details\n\nPosition: Technical Analyst – Tanium Endpoint Configuration Engineer \n\nExperience: 4–9+ years \n\nLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad \n\nShift: EST Support – 2:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST \n\nDuration: 1 Year \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister and support Tanium modules, including Patch, Comply, Deploy, Discover, and Enforce. \n\nDesign, implement, and maintain endpoint configuration baselines and enforcement policies using Tanium Enforce. \n\nManage enterprise patching and vulnerability remediation using Tanium Patch and Comply. \n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, saved questions, and endpoint workflows. \n\nEnforce endpoint configuration and security compliance across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. \n\nMonitor endpoint health, agent coverage, compliance status, and configuration drift across the environment. \n\nDevelop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python to streamline endpoint operations. \n\nIntegrate Tanium with enterprise ITSM and security platforms such as ServiceNow and SIEM solutions using APIs. \n\nProvide Tier 3 support for endpoint configuration, patching, compliance, and Tanium platform-related issues. \n\nPerform platform maintenance, upgrades, configuration changes, and scalability tuning. \n\nSupport audit and compliance reporting by providing accurate endpoint configuration and compliance data. \n\nCollaborate with security, infrastructure, IT operations, and application teams to maintain effective endpoint management and compliance. \n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes. \n\nExperience & Requirements\n\n4–9+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, systems administration, infrastructure operations, or a related technical domain. \n\nStrong hands-on experience with the Tanium platform, particularly Tanium Enforce. \n\nPractical experience with Tanium Patch, Comply, Deploy, Discover, and Enforce. \n\nStrong expertise in endpoint management across Windows, Linux, and macOS. \n\nExperience with patch management and vulnerability remediation workflows. \n\nStrong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python. \n\nExperience developing and managing Tanium sensors, packages, saved questions, and endpoint actions. \n\nExperience integrating enterprise tools through REST APIs. \n\nExperience with ServiceNow, SIEM platforms, and other enterprise IT/security tools. \n\nStrong understanding of endpoint security, configuration management, compliance, and vulnerability management. \n\nKnowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001. \n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \n\nAbility to work independently and provide Tier 3 technical support in an enterprise environment. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nTanium-related certifications or formal training. \n\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise endpoint environments. \n\nExperience supporting global IT environments. \n\nWillingness to work in EST/US-aligned shifts. \n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills. \n\nKey Skills\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Tanium Platform, Tanium Enforce, Tanium Patch, Tanium Comply, Tanium Deploy, and Tanium Discover, along with expertise in Endpoint Management, Windows, Linux, macOS, Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Configuration, Compliance Management, PowerShell, Bash, Python, ServiceNow, SIEM, REST APIs, Endpoint Security, Automation,
