The ideal candidate is highly organized, thorough, and flexible in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. You will get to partner closely with the talent specialist lead to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our recruiting experience and process. We are looking for a team player who can live our vision and is eager to develop their recruiting skills at one of the most competitive, research -driven companies in AI.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with HR to ensure smooth transitions between recruitment and onboarding.\nIdentify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements to enhance productivity.\nAssist in developing recruitment-related templates, tools, or guides for hiring managers.\nMaintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment records.\nBook rooms, handle travel arrangements, and set up virtual meetings for candidate interviews when necessary.\nEnsure that interviewers have the necessary materials and schedules for their interviews.\nHelp prepare and send offer letters to candidates.\nCoordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verifications.\nPrepare and run reports on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, etc.\nManage and update interview schedules through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and calendar tools.\nEnsure smooth communication between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.\nAct as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nProvide timely responses to candidate inquiries and updates on their status.\nOther duties as assigned \nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role, preferably in the tech, AI, or ML industry.\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).\nExperience in coordinating interviews across multiple departments and teams. \nUnderstanding of the tech industry and typical roles (e.g., Software engineering, ML engineering, Product management, Account executive, etc.).\nStrong communication skills - both verbal and written, to interface with candidates and hiring managers.\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.\nProblem-solving skills to manage last-minute scheduling changes or candidate needs.\nCustomer service orientation - ensuring a positive candidate experience.\nData-driven mindset\nProactive with a strong sense of initiative.\nAdaptable to changing hiring priorities.\nEmpathetic and able to handle candidate needs and concerns with care.\nAbout Together AI\nTogether AI, the AI Native Cloud, is purpose-built for AI engineers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $75,000 - $95,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role.
