This role serves as the operational quarterback for delivery, partnering closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, CX, and other cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.\nThe Delivery Manager provides structure, predictability, and disciplined follow-through from idea through commercialization, enabling teams to focus on delivering value while maintaining transparency to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLifecycle Delivery Management\nOwn the delivery process across all phases: ideate, incubate, concept, design, develop, launch, track, and sunset.\nBuild and maintain high-clarity delivery plans, timelines, and cross-functional alignment points.\nEnsure initiatives move systematically through lifecycle checkpoints with proper documentation and approvals.\nMonitor progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.\nCross-Functional Coordination & Communication\nServe as the primary orchestrator across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Revenue, and Operations.\nFacilitate communication flows and ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed.\nCoordinate work across teams to maintain predictable delivery and manage cross-team impacts.\nPrepare and present delivery updates, risk summaries, and launch readiness reports.\nCoordinate cross-functional input and develop presentation content for launch go/no-go reviews and quarterly business reviews.\nExecution Rigor & Operational Governance\nEnsure each lifecycle phase meets required standards for readiness and completeness.\nMaintain structured documentation including charters, delivery artifacts, and execution trackers.\nImplement and uphold best practices for delivery governance, tooling, and process consistency.\nTrack KPIs related to delivery success, product health, and post-launch performance.\nMaintain the Monday.com board, or coordinate with team members to keep it current and accurate.\nPartnership with Product & Engineering\nCollaborate with Product Managers on roadmap feasibility, planning, and sequencing.\nPartner with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement aligns with delivery expectations.\nEnsure clarity around requirements, ownership, and delivery expectations across all phases.\nLaunch Planning & Post-Launch Tracking\nLead launch readiness processes, including checklists, cross-functional alignment, and risk review.\nTrack adoption, performance, and customer feedback post-launch.\nEnsure learnings are documented and integrated into future delivery approaches.\nCoordinate sunset planning and execution for end-of-life products or features.\nAI Fluency & Improvement Mindset\nUse AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, summarize risks, or generate project artifacts.\nIdentify automation or process improvements that accelerate execution.\nChampion operational excellence and continuous improvement practices across teams.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project management for software products.\nDemonstrated experience taking a substantial software product launch to market from start to finish, through customer delivery and the post-launch feedback loop.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.\nProven ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and executive presence.\nExperience supporting both onshore and offshore teams is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.\nHands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery or improve operational efficiency.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Monday.com.\nExperience with Jira.\nExperience with Salesforce and Zendesk.\nEnterprise software launch experience.\nExperience with product or feature sunset planning and communications.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role provides the structure, execution rigor, and cross-functional coordination that enable Togetherwork to deliver high-quality products predictably and efficiently.
