Our teams value accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nAbout This Role\nTogetherWork is scaling quality across a complex, multi-product SaaS portfolio, and we need a Senior QA Automation Engineer who leads with automation first. You build, maintain, and continuously improve automated test coverage across web applications, BI reports, analytics dashboards, and data pipelines.\nYou will embed directly with product and data teams to ensure coverage keeps pace with a rapidly modernizing platform. AI is a core part of how you work; you use it daily to accelerate test creation, identify coverage gaps, and generate smarter edge cases.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate and maintain end-to-end automated test suites for web applications across a polyglot stack including React, PHP, Rails, and .NET - building automation that survives UI changes and scales across multiple products without becoming a maintenance burden.\nUse approved AI coding tools daily to generate test scaffolding and tests, expand coverage, and surface edge cases faster, while evaluating AI output critically and demonstrating this fluency.\nPartner with DevOps and Engineering to ensure automated test suites are integrated effectively into CI/CD pipelines, owning the quality of what runs inside them.\nSurface test results, coverage gaps, and quality trends in ways that are actionable for engineering leads and product teams, making quality visible, not just measurable.\nEmbed directly with product and data teams to ensure automated coverage keeps pace with a rapidly modernizing platform, using AI daily to accelerate test creation and generate smarter edge cases.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years in QA automation with direct ownership of test suite design and maintenance in production environments.\nStrong proficiency in E2E web application testing.\n2+ years proven experience with Playwright.\nDemonstrated daily use of AI coding tools to build and accelerate test coverage.\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests integrate into them.\nExperience testing across multiple products or codebases simultaneously.\nStrong debugging skills.\nBackground in multi-product environments.\nProven experience using AI tooling, daily, for AI-native testing.\nWhy This Role\nAt TogetherWork, we help community-driven organizations grow and thrive - creating better experiences for the people they serve.
