This role serves as a resource for supporting financial reporting, data coordination, AI/automation initiatives, and system needs. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and leadership levels while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting consistent deadlines.\nWhat You'll Do:\nFinancial Operations Support\nAssist with new client onboarding activities and internal system setup.\nSet up and maintain client bank account integrations with QuickBooks Online and Kesef's secure password management system. Troubleshoot integration issues coordinating with clients and their financial institutions.\nSet-up and maintain client payroll account integrations with QuickBooks Online and Kesef’s secure password management system. Troubleshoot integration issues coordinating with clients and their payroll vendors.\nSupport Payroll and Pension Department during annual set-up, peak processing times and end of year reporting.\nTroubleshoot software integration problems, working with clients, client vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.\nAssist with set-up and maintenance of financial reporting dashboards\nAssist all areas with financial/client data related projects\nGeneral Operations Support\nMaintain Monday.com board folders and perform periodic back-up and clean-up initiatives.\nPeriodic back-up of key Monday boards \nMaintain client contact list by updating in Monday CRM and newsletter mailing list software.\nMaintain Monday board for the legacy client renewal project\nSupport organizational AI/automation initiatives.\nHelp with workflow documentation creation and maintenance\nAssist with newsletter and other special client communications\nRetrieve membership and contract data for billing manager, as needed\nProvide operational and systems support across all departments, as needed.\nWhat You'll Bring: \nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of three years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial operations, business systems support, or data management.\nExperience supporting business applications, system implementations, or enterprise software.\nExperience with reporting, automation initiatives, or business intelligence solutions preferred.\nExperience providing technical support and training to end users.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.\nFamiliarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.\nExperience with QuickBooks Online, CRM systems, and cloud-based business applications preferred.\nExperience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms preferred.\nAbility to quickly learn and effectively utilize new technologies.\nPreferred:\nExperience in financial and synagogue operations.\nAccounts Payable, General Ledger and Payroll and pension experience\nExperience with data management, automation, workflow optimization, or business intelligence.\nExperience with QuickBooks Online, Monday.com, or similar cloud-based business systems preferred\nWork Authorization Notice: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without requiring current or future employer sponsorship of any kind, including but not limited to OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, or any other visa classification.\nThe Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance options\n100% Employer paid short/long term disability\n100% employer-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance\n401(k) retirement plan with a 100% company match up to 4%\nFlexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability\n10 sick days annually\n10 company paid holidays\n12 weeks paid parental leave\nSalary Range Disclosure\nThe base range represents the low and high end of the TogetherWork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
