Role Overview\n We are looking for a Full-stack Developer with a strong backend focus to develop and maintain the company's core products - VPN and eSIM.\nDirect Manager: Web Tech Lead\nLocation: Minsk\nFormat of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)\n Responsibilities\n Developing VPN and eSIM Product Logic:\n implement features for issuing, renewing, and activating eSIM profiles, as well as managing access to VPN servers, user sessions, and subscription plans.\n\n Telecom and Loyalty Vendor Integrations:\n work with the API telecom provider (Telna) to manage data plans and usage, and integrate with Voucherify for promo codes, discounts, and referral programs.\n\n Integrating External Services and APIs:\n design and implement integrations with infrastructure services and external product services.\n\n Backend Feature Development and Maintenance:\n develop product logic, handle webhooks from external providers, and maintain existing codebases using NestJS.\n\n Developing Product and User Flows:\n build end-to-end user journeys across the backend and frontend using React, Next.js, and NestJS - from eSIM plan selection to activation.\n\n Website Development and Enhancement:\n develop and maintain the company's product website, user account portal, and product conversion funnels.\n\n Incident Investigation and System Monitoring:\n analyze logs, investigate service activation failures and analytics delivery issues, and configure monitoring and alerting using Datadog.\n\n Architecture and Code Reviews:\n contribute to architectural design, technical planning, and code reviews.\n\n Testing and Technical Debt:\n improve test coverage for new code and technical debt by writing E2E and unit tests.\n\n Mentoring:\n mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and support their onboarding and integration into the team.\n\n What We Expect from You\n Hard Skills:\n 5+ years of commercial software development experience in Middle+ or Senior roles, with a strong backend focus;\n\n expert knowledge of NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js, along with experience in modern frontend development using React and Next.js;\n\n product integration experience: hands-on experience working with external vendors' REST APIs;\n\n quality and reliability: practical experience writing E2E, integration, and unit tests, investigating incidents, and working with monitoring systems such as Datadog and Grafana;\n\n databases and infrastructure stack: experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker, including optimizing complex SQL queries and designing high-load architectures.\n\n Soft skills:\n technical leadership and mentoring: willingness to mentor junior developers, conduct regular code reviews, and foster a strong engineering culture within the team;\n\n structured thinking and product mindset: ability to independently break down ambiguous business requirements, propose optimal architectural solutions, and deliver them to production;\n\n autonomy and responsibility: ability to take full ownership of a technical domain and be responsible for service stability and performance;\n\n excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate effectively with the Product Managers, Marketers, Designers, and adjacent Engineering teams.\n\n Nice to have:\n architectural patterns: practical experience with CQRS and event-driven architecture;\n\n сloud and DevOps: experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront) and monitoring and tracing systems such as Datadog;\n\n domain expertise: experience in telecom, VPN, eSIM, or working with mobile network operators;\n\n loyalty and discount systems: experience integrating with solutions such as Voucherify or designing custom services for promo codes, referral programs, and user retention mechanics;\n\n security and high load: understanding of fundamental network security principles, including TLS and cryptography, and practical experience designing fault-tolerant, highly available systems.\n\n Perks\n official employment and a competitive salary;\n paid vacation + 5 personal days per year;\n\n support for growth: we cover professional courses, books, and conferences;\n\n private health insurance (including dental coverage);\n\n internal English classes;\n\n fast skill growth in a startup-paced environment;\n\n a culture of openness, respect, and honest feedback;\n\n minimal bureaucracy -
