You will be involved across the full hardware design lifecycle, from schematic design and component selection to validation, certification support, and production readiness.\nThis role requires close collaboration with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and external test labs to deliver robust, manufacturable hardware products.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for embedded hardware systems.\nOwn schematic development, component selection, detailed design, and verification testing.\nDesign and validate power supplies, analog filters, and battery-related subsystems.\nDevelop BMS hardware for Li-ion batteries, including monitoring, protection, SOC/SOH estimation, and cell balancing.\nPerform circuit simulation using PSPICE / LTSpice and support design validation.\nEnsure compliance with EMI, EMC, and signal integrity requirements.\nSupport product certification aligned with IEC / EN standards.\nInterface with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical documentation and progress reporting.\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware design.\nGood understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.\nExperience in power supply and analog filter design.\nExperience with high-speed ADCs, DACs, PWM generation, sensors, and digital interfaces (SRAM, SDRAM, Flash, Display).\nHands-on experience with SoC platforms and 16/32-bit microcontrollers.\nGood knowledge of serial communication protocols: RS485, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C.\nHands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and function generators.\nExperience across the complete hardware design lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of DFM, DFA, and
