Cette mission est faite pour toi.\nTes missions\nGestion des changements (activité principale)\nTu seras un acteur ou une actrice clé de l'engagement de service et tu contribueras à la qualité des mises en production en :\nPréparant, animant et assurant le suivi des comités de mise en production (ordre du jour, comptes rendus, relances, bilans, etc.).\nAnalysant les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs afin d'évaluer la qualité de service.\nRédigeant les notes et synthèses liées aux différentes thématiques de qualité de service.\nCollectant les informations et les indicateurs auprès des différentes équipes pour alimenter les reportings Qualité de Service et Qualité Produit.\nGestion des incidents (activité de backup)\nEn fonction des besoins, tu pourras également intervenir sur les activités d'Incident Management en :\nSuivant le backlog des incidents et des problèmes.\nTenant à jour l'historique des incidents.\nSurveillant les indicateurs de supervision afin d'anticiper les risques.\nIdentifiant et suivant les solutions de contournement.\nAnimant les cellules de crise ainsi que les comités de gestion des incidents et des problèmes.\nSuivant les investigations, les plans d'actions et leur bonne exécution.\nCommuniquant l'avancement de la résolution des incidents critiques.\nParticipant à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des incidents et des problèmes.\n\nProfil recherché\nu es reconnu·e pour :\nTon leadership et ta capacité à fédérer des équipes.\nTa rigueur et ton sens de l'organisation.\nTes qualités d'animation et de communication.\nTon sens du service, ton adaptabilité et ton excellent relationnel.\nTes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.\nTu disposes également de :\nBonnes connaissances de l'architecture des systèmes d'information.\nBonne compréhension des contraintes liées à la production informatique.\nMaîtrise d'ITIL v4.\nExpérience en gestion des incidents, des problèmes et en animation de cellules de crise.\nSi tu apprécies les environnements techniques, la coordination transverse et les missions où la qualité de service est au premier plan, cette opportunité est faite
