Today, we employ over 300 people and have secured more than £280 million in investment.\nWe operate through three divisions:\nFusion - Fusion energy technologies, expertise and testbeds for government and private fusion programmes, including ST40, the world’s highest field spherical tokamak.\nTE Magnetics - HTS systems for commercial applications including fusion energy, power distribution, life sciences, and propulsion.\nRidgway Machines - Manufacturing equipment for the superconducting, electrical and wider energy sectors, enabling the rapid industrialisation of HTS products.\nOverview\nThis is a hands-on, varied Electrical Technician role supporting a wide range of engineering, lab, and infrastructure activities in a dynamic technical environment.\nYou’ll work across multiple projects rather than a single production line, contributing to everything from control systems and power distribution to fault finding and installations.
