You will be responsible for ensuring that everyone finds what they are looking for and remains engaged both digitally and in our in-person event.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and oversee a world-class event operations roadmap to bring TOKEN2049 to the next level.\nRecruit, mentor and manage junior operations executives.\nTicket management, including ticket sales, inventory management, and customer support.\nOversee end-to-end event execution process, ensuring that all logistical elements are seamlessly coordinated.\nDevelop and implement new systems to enhance the operations process.\nManage the TOKEN2049 online and on-site attendees registration before and during the event.\nAnalyze event data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in operations and provide recommendations.\nManage the Community Team, ensuring that both inbound and outbound inquiries are handled in a timely manner.\nManage the TOKEN2049 Help Desk -
