Your main duties will include:\nSourcing Talent: Actively find and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.\nResume Screening: Review incoming applications against job requirements to identify the best potential matches.\nInterview Coordination: Schedule and conduct some of the phone screens, video interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a seamless calendar experience for both candidates and hiring teams.\n Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nCommunication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired:\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR support, customer service, or an administrative role.
