Please consider joining our Talent Community so that we may continue to engage with you.\nJob Description\n**This is a 12-month Full-Time Contract Position **\nLocation: Available to sit at any of our office locations nationwide (See list of available locations); we operate in a hybrid model, 3-days a week onsite required\nUnder general supervision, responsible for performing import/export compliance activities of moderate complexity with increasing independence. The Import/Export Analyst II applies learned techniques and professional practices to ensure materials comply with US Customs and export control regulations.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.\nConduct screening of export orders against restricted/denied party lists.\nCoordinate with engineering and materials teams to verify classifications globally.\nEnsure export shipments have correct HTS and ECCN classifications.\nFollow and help improve internal import/export compliance controls and procedures.\nAudit import entries for correct valuation, HTS, and country of origin determinations.\nMaintain related records for import and export transactions.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to analyze import/export data and coordinate with cross-functional teams.\nCompetent in interpreting and applying trade compliance guidelines with moderate supervision.\nEffective communication skills to collaborate internally and with external agencies.\nInitiative to identify process improvement opportunities.\nProficient in relevant trade compliance software and tracking systems.\nWorking knowledge of US Customs import regulations and Export Administration Regulations.\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)\nBachelor’s Degree\n2 years of relevant industry experience\nDiversity creates an innovative culture.
