Please consider joining our Talent Community so that we may continue to engage with you.\nJob Description\nProcess Technician-Contract Position\nLocation: Chaska\n2 positions are available\nResponsibilities:\nPerform technical tests and experiments for process engineering, including the set up and operation of advanced Semiconductor Processing equipment\nPrepare records, charts, and graphs of test results\nOperate metrology tools, (including particle counter, film thickness measurement, and others as needed), to qualify process equipment and optimize processes\nAdjust hardware/software parameters to correct issues or execute experiments\nPerform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting on equipment\nPerform preventative and unscheduled maintenance on process equipment and facility equipment Qualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years of related experience in semiconductor processing in thin film deposition, or etch, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing facility\nExperience with troubleshooting and maintaining vacuum-based processing equipment\nSkilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills\nSelf-starting individual with strong technical and hands-on skills\nAssociates degree or equivalent\nWillingness to work 2nd Shift and some flexibility to work rotation on weekends\nPhysical Demands and Work Conditions\nThe physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Duties also include application of proper industry safety procedures when working with dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional travel to TEL factories, training facilities and customer locations may be required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.\nSalary Ranges\n$26.00 - $34.80Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
