The Senior Process Engineer influences product manufacturing strategies and drives continuous innovation.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.\nEnsure compliance with corporate and regulatory quality standards.\nEstablish process standards and best practices across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.\nLead evaluation and qualification of advanced equipment and automation solutions.\nProvide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.\nWork closely with executive leadership to align process engineering initiatives with business goals.\nDefine and lead major process development programs and technology integration efforts with enterprise-wide impact.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAdvanced skills in process integration, root cause analysis, and risk management.\nExperience driving cross-site projects and influencing senior management.\nOutstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.\nExpert-level knowledge of semiconductor/hardware processing technologies and manufacturing systems.\nMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)\nBachelor’s Degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field\n8 years of relevant experience\nDiversity creates an innovative culture.
