It is our pride. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Engineer to contribute to the development of new products through various stages of their development life cycle. This Senior Product Engineer will be an experienced professional with the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.\nSuccess as a Senior Product Engineer will be self-motivated, need little day-to-day direction after alignment of expectations and responsibilities, work effectively within a team, and have expertise around associated business processes and product development workflows.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites; coordinate resolution with cross-functional team\nEnsure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations\nProvide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.)\nEnsure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community\nDrive compliance for all engineering change orders\nDrafting engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance to meet stringent customer specifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in related field and 8+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of professional Engineering experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSpecific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment. Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology and etch is a plus\nProven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques\nProficiency in project planning software. Experience with Monday.com is a plus\nCertified Project Management Professional is a plus\n This role would reside in the US for approximately one year (Chelmsford or Chaska with best learning opportunity in Chelmsford) and then spend ~ 2 years on an international ex-pat assignment in Japan.\nEngaging communication skills, both written and verbal\nStrong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker\nPhysical Requirements:\nJob duties are performed in an office setting or in a clean room environment.
