offboarding logistics and documentation\n\nPlan team lunches, celebrations, offsites, and other events that support connection without slowing the team down\n\nSupport visiting teammates, advisors, and investors with office setup, schedules, and logistics\n\nWho We're Looking For\n1 to 4+ years of experience in people operations, office management, operations, hospitality, or a service-oriented role\n\nHighly organized and reliable, with an ability to keep things running and notice issues before they become problems\n\nComfortable coordinating vendors, handling logistics, and managing multiple priorities at once\n\nPeople-oriented and approachable, with teammates naturally coming to you when they need help\n\nGood taste in food, events, and details that cultivate warmth in the
