We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nActivities may include:\nReceiving invoices and entering the data into systems.\n\n·Ensuring the invoice matches the purchase order, goods received, and/or services rendered, and that the amounts, quantities, and other details are correct.\nInvestigating and resolving any discrepancies found between the invoice and supporting documentation.\n\nKeeping accurate records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.\n\nReconciling vendor statements and resolving any outstanding issues.\n\nIdentifying and following up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.\n\nCommunicating with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and with internal departments regarding payment status and related issues.\n\nLiaise with internal and external customer/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nEssential for verifying invoice accuracy and identifying discrepancies.\n\nImportant for managing large volumes of invoices and maintaining accurate records.\n\nNeeded for interacting with vendors and internal teams.\n\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and practices.\n\nProficiency in English and MS office.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
