We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nPRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist with booking air shipments and preparing documentation such as air waybills and customs forms.\nEnter shipment details into internal systems and maintain accurate records.\nMonitor shipment status and update stakeholders as directed by senior staff.\nCoordinate basic cargo pick-up and delivery arrangements under supervision.\nLiaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and transport providers for routine operational needs.\nRespond to standard customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior coordinators or managers.\nSupport invoicing and administrative tasks related to air freight jobs.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and assist with regulatory requirements under guidance.\nMinimum Essential Qualifications\n1-2 years’ experience in air freight or logistics operations (entry-level candidates with relevant training may be considered).\nBasic understanding of customs and aviation regulations is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to freight systems preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nTeam player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.\nWillingness to learn and take on varied operational tasks.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThis position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.\nMust be able to travel.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. required.\nAbility to talk and hear required.\nAbility to perform repetitive motions required.\nAbility to occasionally move inside the office\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.\nAbility to move or position self in order to reach, lift, climb, balance, stoop and crouch required.\nAbility to read PC screens; detect color coding, read fine print, and/or normal type size print required.\nPay Transparency:\nIn compliance with applicable state and local laws, the salary range for this position varies based on the work location. Please review the ranges below:\nExpected base pay range (NY, CA, IL): $24.52/hour- $32.69/hour, plus bonus\nThis range represents the salary range for this position in these locations.
