Acting as the key point of contact, this role plays a vital part in coordinating between customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely issue resolution.\nJob Responsibilities\nAct as the single point of contact for all customer orders and inquiries\n\nProvide daily administrative support, including processing inbound and outbound orders\n\nMonitor order fulfilment and ensure timely and accurate execution\n\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner\n\nProvide shipment status updates and proactively communicate delays or issues\n\nFlag shipment or order discrepancies and inform customers promptly\n\nLiaise closely with transporters to coordinate deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues\n\nCoordinate with operations teams to resolve service and fulfilment issues\n\nMaintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reports\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 2- 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nGood problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset\n\nAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nAttention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics or order management systems is an advantage (SAP, WMS)\n\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
