We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Group Insurance Coordinator to join our Finance team and support global insurance operations through policy administration, claims reporting, invoice processing, and month-end reporting while ensuring compliance and service excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide administrative support for annual insurance renewals, including data collection, quality assurance, and premium payments.\n\nMaintain accurate insurance policy registers, schedules, certificates, and related documentation.\n\nCoordinate the issuance and renewal of Certificates of Currency and ensure local policies are renewed before expiry.\n\nLead the internal insurance claims reporting process and assist with insurance-related queries from business divisions.\n\nProcess insurance invoices, create Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/Unibis, and track payments for accurate business recharging.\n\nPrepare and complete month-end insurance reporting by the 25th of each month.\n\nAssist in collecting underwriting information, coordinating risk engineering surveys, and supporting insurer recovery activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and process documentation while driving continuous process improvements.\n\nCollaborate with brokers, internal stakeholders, and business units to enhance operational efficiency and digital insurance capabilities.\n\nPerform ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.\n\n2-4 years of experience in insurance administration, finance operations, or shared services.\n\nExperience with SAP, Unibis, or other ERP systems is an advantage.\n\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and document management.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment.\n\nThink you've got what it takes?
