We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nWhat You’ll Do\nExecute tasks leveraging domain expertise in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes and platform capabilities.\n\nAnalyze and resolve a range of moderately complex issues using established policies, ITIL best practices, and platform governance standards.\n\nOperate with moderate supervision, following structured procedures and development guidelines.\n\nPerform a variety of routine and semi-complex assignments across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HRSD, GBS and Employee Center.\n\nSupport onboarding and mentoring of new team members.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n7-12 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration.\n\nProven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.\n\nProficiency in designing and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).\n\nStrong programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++).\n\nExperience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React.\n\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git.\n\nExperience in developing and deploying ServiceNow applications and modules including Employee Center, SAM, HAM, HRSD, and ITSM.\n\nCreate and implement Business rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts for various applications in ServiceNow.\n\nDevelop strategies for identifying issues and gaps for various modules in ITSM and ITOM areas.\n\nExperienced in various phases of Event Management which includes configuring Event Mapping Rules, Event Transform Rules, and Alert Rules.\n\nExperienced in customizing Email Notifications, Inbound Email Actions, Reports, and Dashboards.\n\nImplemented integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Experienced in creating homepages and dashboards for stakeholders.\n\nAbility to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; debug and optimize for performance and scalability.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\n\nWorking knowledge of ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\nServiceNow Certifications (at least two of the following preferred):\nCertified System Administrator\n\nCertified Application Developer\n\nCertified Implementation Specialist (SAM, HAM, HRSD, or ITSM)\n\nExperience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Entra.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Toll Group, we are committed to transforming enterprise operations through technology.
