We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nLead, direct and manage a logistics and Embellishment operation to ensure that the staff executes on delivering consistent high-quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a profitable, cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards, GDP compliance and other regulatory guidelines.\nMaximize profitability through superior customer service, effective and prompt communications, and follow-up on all pending customer matters.\nManage periodic Monthly Management reviews for each client. \nAdherence to customer’s SOP - Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by warehouse.\nEnsure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed\nSafely and Quality Assurance - Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.\nParticipate in Toll/Customer quality compliance and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation/GxP Standards.\nUtilize effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the customer, staff, or senior management.\nMaintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents.\nPlan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.\nPrepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecasts for department.\nEnsure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained.\nMaintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance and ensuring that all office and warehouse equipment is properly accounted for and in safe working condition.\nUtilize superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients.\nTrain and certify new employees on all performance standards.\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
