We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains.\nThe Opportunity:\nLogistics Coordinator | Darwin, NT | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with view to permanency / extension).\nWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Darwin based Mineral, Oil & Gas team. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating logistics activities, supporting personnel and equipment movements, managing logistics documentation, and ensuring operational excellence across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, contractors, and service providers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of logistics services.\nAs a Logistics Coordinator, you will:\nCoordinate the movement of personnel, materials, and equipment via road, sea, and air transport.\nSupport warehousing, inventory management, and materials movements, including SAP transactions and reporting.\nMaintain logistics documentation, records, manifests, reports, and compliance registers.\nAssist with procurement activities, purchase requests, supplier coordination, and contract administration.\nMonitor operational performance and contribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate travel, mobilisation, accommodation, and personnel movement requirements.\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations and service delivery.\nSupport compliance, safety, quality, and audit activities in line with company and regulatory requirements.\n\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nExperience in logistics coordination, supply chain, transport, warehousing, or operational support in Oil & Gas sector (preferable).\nExperience using SAP warehousing system.\nStrong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.\nMicrosoft Office skills and strong reporting capabilities.\nC-class DL & FL ticket\nWhat You'll Bring\nPrevious experience in logistics, supply chain, transport or operational coordination.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nCustomer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.\nExperience working within a safety-focused and compliance-driven environment.\nRoster: M-F, 38 Hours\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
