We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nKey Responsibilities\nUpdate and maintain WMS records for inbound, outbound, import/export shipments, duty payments, and car movements.\nManage daily inventory records, location plans, and ensure accurate reporting across systems.\nCoordinate transportation, delivery, and collection of vehicles; communicate with customers on orders and event arrangements.\nPrepare and maintain accurate transaction records, shipping documents, permits, and defect reports.\nLiaise with operations controllers to arrange deliveries and confirm customer orders.\nHandle billing processes, check invoice accuracy, and update financial projections monthly.\nSupport ISO audits, SOP compliance, toolbox meetings, and workplace safety/5S+1 standards.\nEnsure compliance with Singapore customs, LTA, and other regulatory requirements.\nConduct monthly cycle counts, bi-annual stock takes, and prepare KPI/customization reports for customers.\nAct as a first aider, ensuring proper upkeep of first aid kits.\nProvide ad-hoc support and coordination to ensure smooth team operations.\nRequirements\nPrior experience in customer service, logistics, or operations coordination (automotive industry experience is a plus).\nStrong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.\nProficient in MS Office and inventory/WMS systems.\nKnowledge of customs processes and regulatory compliance preferred.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.\nClass 3 license (Compulsory)\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
