We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.\nOperations Managers - Kemps Creek NSW- Amazon Account\nAbout the role and opportunity -\nWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution centre operations at ourAmazon Kemps Creeksite.\nReporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of the DC, delivering service excellence while meeting performance, safety and financial targets. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about people, safety and continuous improvement.\nThis pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.\nKey Responsibilities, but not limited to -\nLead and manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet service and financial targets.\n\nPlan and coordinate resources to ensure labour, equipment and systems are utilised efficiently.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and enhancing service outcomes.\n\nInvestigate operational issues, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure all site processes, procedures and standards are documented, implemented and adhered to.\n\nAct as point of escalation for operational issues and support audits, inspections and reviews.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for to Drive Success-\nExperience or exposure in a 3PL environment - understanding third-party logistics and client service delivery.\n\nStrong knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practice, WMS and labour optimisation.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, coach performance and foster a collaborative site culture.\n\nSound understanding of safety, legislative and compliance requirements.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.\n\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\n\nWhy Join Toll?\nAt Toll, we’re committed to delivering smarter logistics solutions and creating a workplace where our people thrive.
