From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving - across towns, across countries and across continents.\nAbout the Role\nAt Toll Global Forwarding, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Sales Support professional to provide critical commercial and administrative support to our regional sales team. This role plays an important part in driving revenue growth and customer retention by supporting quotations, tenders, CRM management, reporting, customer onboarding and cross-functional collaboration across freight forwarding operations.\nA day in the life of a Regional Sales Support at Toll Group\nPrepare and coordinate customer quotations, RFQs and small tenders. \nSupport sales teams with presentations, proposals and customer materials. \nManage follow-ups on opportunities, customer enquiries and sales leads. \nMaintain CRM accuracy, pipeline reporting and sales compliance. \nCoordinate regional tender submissions and pricing activities with internal stakeholders.\nPartner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.\nQualifications\nExperience in freight forwarding, logistics or sales support. \nUnderstanding of air and ocean freight operations and pricing. \nExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or CargoWise. \nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \nWell-developed analytical and reporting capabilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \nSkills & Experience\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience preparing quotations, tenders and sales documentation. \nConfidence interpreting data and generating meaningful reports. \nCollaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple business functions.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. \nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
