We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nResource Planner NOC - Rotary Wing\nToll Helicopters is an experienced provider of specialised mission-critical helicopter services and training for Government, Defence, and the civil sector. With extensive experience in operations, training and helicopter maintenance, our staff are some of the most highly experienced and well-trained aviation professionals in the country.\nAs our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an organised and proactive Resource Planner NOC to support crew rostering, workforce planning and operational coordination across our rotary wing operations. This role will primarily be based out of Bankstown with days as required at Sydney Olympic Park\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the management and maintenance of helicopter crew rosters.\nAssist with workforce planning, crew availability tracking and roster administration.\nCoordinate leave management, training schedules and operational coverage requirements.\nMaintain accurate workforce records, crew compliance information and planning documentation.\nSupport Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) administration activities.\nAssist with ASIC applications and aviation security administration.\nProvide operational reporting and workforce planning data to support decision-making.\nSupport operational leaders with short-term crewing requirements and workforce coordination.\nAssist with onboarding activities, ride-along programs and workforce integration initiatives.\nDevelop knowledge of CASA requirements, aviation compliance and crew resource planning principles.\nProvide administrative and operational support across the National Operations Centre.\nAbout You\nExperience in administration, scheduling or operational coordination.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nInterest in aviation operations and workforce planning.\nExperience with Air Maestro or similar aviation crew rostering system is highly advantageous.\nWhy Join Toll Aviation?\nDevelop your career in a specialised aviation environment.\nWork alongside experienced operational and aviation professionals.\nGain exposure to workforce planning, compliance and crew resource management.\nSupport critical aviation operations across Australia.\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
