This role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, secure solutions while independently managing architecture, delivery, governance and continuous improvement across multiple enterprise platforms. You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners, and contribute to the evaluation and adoption of native AI capabilities across our core platforms.\nA day in the life of a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect at Toll Group\nAnalyse business requirements and design scalable solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce\nConfigure, build and deploy platform solutions using declarative tools and targeted custom development\nOwn solution architecture, documentation, governance and release management\nFacilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning and solution demos\nProvide technical leadership to offshore delivery partners and conduct peer reviews\nIdentify technical debt and contribute to platform health and AI roadmaps\nQualifications\nRelevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline\nSalesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)\nAgile/Scrum delivery experience\nSkills & Experience\n5+ years’ hands-on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday\nStrong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools\nProven ability to manage multiple platforms and context-switch within a complex delivery portfolio\nExperience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (desirable)\nWhat moves you?\nAt Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
