We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.\nThis position will be responsible for providing effective tender handling, when received from internal & external customers, and align opportunities together with Company’s growth & strategy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead global and regional RFQs, managing end-to-end responses.\n Consolidate and process APAC pricing (excluding North Asia) for global/regional tenders.\nMaintain and analyze Historical Tender Database based on won RFQs.\nHandle RFIs within required timelines and ensure timely submissions.\n Perform RFQ sanity checks (98% accuracy target) before submission.\n Ensure complete and accurate rate components (units & currencies) in submissions.\nSupport Sales Operations in generating profitability reports.\nMaintain Tender Pricing Contact List and ensure data accuracy.\nRespond to emails within 24 hours.\nManage multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.\nConsolidate and update RFI data using Tender Database & Resource Centre.\nManage RFI library, validate FAQs, and update new insights from completed RFIs.\nEnsure RFI compliance with internal policies and processes.\nCollaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.\nSupport ad-hoc tasks, pricing analysis, and projects aligned with business goals.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).\n\nExperience: At least 4-5 years’ experience in a relevant capacity. Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage.\n\nAttention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.\n\nCommunication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.\n\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).\n\nThink you’ve got what it takes?
