Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, train, and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and performance.
Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Monitor staff attendance, work allocation, and shift scheduling.
