Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.\nWestminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, is seeking an Escrow Branch Manager to join our title and settlement office in Grapevine, Texas.\nWhat is the opportunity?\nEscrow Branch Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and leading the management structure and operational teams necessary to support the efficient execution of escrow and closing activities within the region. They oversee workflow distribution, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and operational performance to ensure transactions progress efficiently and in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.\nEscrow Branch Managers provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support throughout the closing process, proactively addressing operational challenges, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective coordination among internal teams and external parties.
