# Sr Project Manager - Operations

Purpose and Scope This Senior Project Manager position, under minimal supervision, is accountable for leading and managing multiple strategically-focused projects simultaneously. Responsible for planning and execution in conjunction with technical leads of strategic projects within Tolmar Operations including, but not limited to, MS&T, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality), while adhering to budget, scope, timeline, and manufacturing schedule requirements. Support and collaborate closely with Operational functions and manufacturing and packaging CMO’s where applicable, on projects or initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, lifecycle management, business continuity and performance, process optimizations and remediations, and technology transfers; ensuring compliance with all Tolmar’s cGMP, SOP’s, FDA, EH&S and DEA regulations. This role will be responsible for identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, critical items, risks, and issues. Sr Project Manager will communicate at all levels of the organization and be responsible for recognizing and engaging key stakeholders quickly and early in the process.
