This role is integral in managing kitchen staff, inventory, and food safety, supporting the restaurant’s continued growth and success.\nRequirements\nExemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both guests and team members. \nSchedule, coordinate, and appoint activities to kitchen staff. \nSupervise food preparation and cooking to maintain consistency and efficiency. \nEnsure accountability of kitchen staff. \nIdentify staffing needs, recruit, and recommend candidates for hiring. \nCoach and develop crew members, fostering skill growth and teamwork. \nImplement and uphold kitchen safety protocols to create a secure working environment. \nMonitor ingredient inventory levels to ensure proper stock and minimize waste. \nOversee kitchen sanitation and enforce health and safety guidelines. \nConducts Food & Safety audits. \nConduct regular line checks to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation. \nMonitor ticket times throughout each shift to optimize food service speed. \nConduct inventory checks and manage stock levels efficiently to ensure proper stock and minimize waste. \nOversee food preparation to ensure recipe quality and accuracy. \nEnsure consistency in food preparation and presentation. \nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:\nProven experience in a kitchen role. \nStrong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. \nAbility to lead and motivate kitchen staff. \nExcellent communication skills. \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and compliance processes. \nExperience in a high-volume restaurant setting. \nFamiliarity with inventory management software. \nRequires standing for extended periods of up to 8-10 hours. \nMay involve lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs. \nSalary
