The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise operations.\nThe position requires working on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week. Initial and final interviews will be conducted virtually.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement Amazon Connect solutions, including applications, forms, workflows, access controls, interfaces, and configurations.\nDevelop and support IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), skill-based routing, live chat, and messaging solutions.\nIntegrate Amazon Connect with AWS cloud services and enterprise applications.\nDevelop solutions using Node.js, Python, or Java.\nGather, review, and document business and technical requirements.\nDesign and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment.\nEnhance existing processes based on new requirements, system upgrades, and operational needs.\nImplement and troubleshoot communication workflows, cloud integrations, and system configurations.\nCreate and maintain process flow documentation and technical specifications.\nRecommend improvements to existing operations, applications, and workflows.\nCollaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.\n7+ years of experience working with large enterprise frameworks.\n7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.\n3+ years of development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java.\n3+ years of experience designing call routing and messaging solutions.\nStrong understanding of Amazon Connect architecture, design, and development.\nExperience with IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, and live chat.\nExperience creating process flow documentation.\nExperience with AWS services, including Lambda, Lex, conversational bots/NLP, Kinesis Streams, Glue, VPC, SNS, AppSync, EventBridge, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB Streams, Service Catalog, and Kinesis Data Analytics.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nMust be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree with 10+ years of experience.\nPrior federal government experience.\nExperience delivering enterprise technology solutions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\nUnderstanding of change management, testing practices, and high-availability systems.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and effective in independent and team environments.\nBenefits\nSalary: $120,000/yr.-$140,000/yr. based on experience.\nHealth insurance stipend.
