Responsibilities include requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, technical support, documentation, and collaboration with business and IT teams.\nResponsibilities:\nLead technical development activities for Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.\nGather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to identify appropriate technical solutions.\nDesign, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.\nCustomize Dynamics 365 forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).\nDevelop custom web components and solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure.\nBuild and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nUse standard and premium connectors to support application functionality and automation.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.\nCreate technical documentation, solution designs, recommendations, mockups, and prototypes.\nServe as a liaison between IT and business units, coordinating issue tracking and resolution.\nRecommend appropriate technologies and efficient solutions based on business needs.\nFollow development standards and contribute to platform governance and process improvements.\nCollaborate with developers, system engineers, and business stakeholders.\nApply knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead.\n 8+ years of experience developing and managing Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including customization of forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).\n5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, including standard and premium connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.\nStrong experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, development, deployment, and support.\nExperience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.\n 5+ years of experience with data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages.\nExperience with Power Platform DevOps tools, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.\nExperience improving application development processes, technical procedures, and platform governance.\nBenefits\nCompensation:\nPay Rate: $124/hr\nSchedule:\nHybrid arrangement with four days per week onsite during the first two months, followed by one day per week onsite.
