This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and operations personnel to deliver scalable automation solutions across secure environments.\nResponsibilities\nAutomation Development & Deployment\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy UiPath and intelligent automation solutions supporting Intelligence Community business processes\nBuild attended and unattended automations using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and related automation technologies\nTranslate Process Design Documents (PDDs) into scalable, reliable automation workflows\nDevelop automation and AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency\nSupport expansion into AI-enabled workflows, orchestration, and intelligent process automation capabilities\nAI & Emerging Technology Integration\nSupport integration of AI-driven services and automation platforms, including technologies such as AWS Bedrock and related AI toolsets\nEvaluate and implement intelligent automation capabilities including document processing, workflow augmentation, and data extraction\nAssist in identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into operational workflows and automation strategies\nSystems Integration & Technical Support\nIntegrate automation solutions with enterprise and legacy systems including SharePoint, ServiceNow, APIs, mainframes, and classified web applications\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bots and automation services within UiPath Orchestrator and related platforms\nDiagnose automation failures, optimize performance, and implement enhancements\nSupport automation operations across classified environments\nDocumentation & Collaboration\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and AI workflow documentation\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to support sprint planning and delivery schedules\nContribute to continuous improvement of automation processes, AI integration practices, and development standards\nProcess & Quality Support\nEnsure automation solutions align with operational requirements and security standards\nMaintain organized documentation and reusable automation components\nSupport quality assurance efforts through testing, validation, and peer reviews\nFormat documentation and workflows to improve readability, maintainability, and scalability\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance required\n3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, intelligent automation platforms, or similar RPA/AI automation technologies\nExperience designing, deploying, and maintaining unattended automations in production environments\nExperience with alternative automation platforms or AI-enabled workflow tools strongly considered\nExperience with VB.Net, C#, or Python for scripting and automation development\nWorking knowledge of SQL for automation-related data manipulation\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues\nAbility to create clear and organized technical documentation\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments\nStrong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments\nAbility to work on-site in Reston, VA, with occasional/ad hoc support at National Harbor, MD.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)\nExperience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework\nExposure to AI integration, intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration, or generative AI technologies\nExperience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Process Mining\nExperience with AWS Bedrock or other AI/LLM platforms\nPython experience for data processing, AI integration, and automation support tasks\nPrior experience supporting the Department of War (DOW) or Intelligence Community environments\nFamiliarity with NIST 800-53 security standards and automation compliance considerations\nExperience integrating RESTful APIs into automation workflows\nExperience supporting intelligent automation or AI transformation initiatives\nBenefits\nSalary\n$180,000-$210,000 based on experience\nOn-site in Reston, VA, with occasional/ad hoc support at National Harbor, MD\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision (UnitedHealthcare; strong employer contribution) \nHSA (tax-advantaged healthcare savings) \nEmployer-paid life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability \n401(k) with up to 4% match (immediate vesting after eligibility) \nOptional supplemental insurance plans \nBenefits eligible shortly after hire \nAbout our client\nOur client is a Super Intelligence-first mission technology company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) built to generate Decision Advantage for missions of consequence.
