governance and Agile development practices.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, configure, and deploy Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.\nCreate and maintain workflows using Power Automate.\nDevelop Power Pages for internal and external websites.\nBuild and customize solutions using Dataverse and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.\nLead functionality discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.\nAnalyze business challenges and translate use cases into technical solutions.\nDevelop custom functionality using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.\nSupport data integrations and migrations using Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory.\nImplement DevOps practices in Power Platform environments, including Power Pipelines and ALM tools.\nParticipate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.\nTroubleshoot Power Platform issues and coordinate fixes with system administrators and IT teams.\nCreate solution designs, mockups, and prototypes based on Qualifications:\n8+ years of total IT experience.\n5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.\n5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.\n5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.\n2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform environments.\n3+ years of
