You’ll be the link between our customers, technicians, and logistics partners, driving satisfaction and operational excellence.\nWhat you will do\nManage outbound confirmations for all logistics around installations and service appointments, ensuring customers are always in the loop.\nHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat-delivering clear, timely, and empathetic support.\nEnforce readiness gates before dispatch, sync with calendars, and keep case statuses up to date.\nSchedule and dispatch technicians for installations and service interventions, optimizing routes and resources.\nDocument all interactions in CRM/ERP systems and feed communications to relevant teams.\nEscalate unresolved issues according to the escalation matrix, ensuring swift resolution.\nChampion customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n What you’ll bring\n3+ years’ experience in a Logistics role + some contact centre or customer service.\n Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).\nStrong communication and multitasking skills -you thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nCustomer-centric mindset and a knack for problem-solving.\n Join a company that combines purpose with innovation.
