Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team, ensuring strong financial governance while driving the development of scalable processes, efficient ways of working, and a high-performing finance organization.\nBeyond the local market, you will serve as a key liaison between Singapore and TOMRA Collection Asia finance community, helping to align priorities, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to finance activities across Asia. This position offers a rare opportunity to combine local finance leadership with regional exposure while helping to build the finance foundation of a growing and evolving business.\nYour Responsibilities:\nSingapore FinanceOperation&Leadership\nAct as the finance lead for TOMRA Singapore, partnering closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to support business growth and operational excellence.\nTake ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of accounting, reporting, cash management, controls, and compliance activities.\nReview end-to-end finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and governance as the business continues to grow.\nEstablish and maintain clear finance structures, policies, controls, and ways of working that support a fast-evolving organization.\nProvide practical financial guidance and insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.\nFinancial Planning, Reporting & Control\nLead the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes for the Singapore business.\nPrepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders.\nMonitor financial performance, cash flow, and key business drivers, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations, and TOMRA internal control standards.\nCoordinate external audits, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory matter\nAsia Finance Coordinator & Regional Support\nAssist regional finance initiatives, reporting activities, and improvement projects across TOMRA Collection Asia.\nContribute to regional budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and cross-border finance matters where required.\nParticipate in finance transformation, process standardization, and system enhancement initiatives across the region.\nTeam Support & Continuous Improvement\nProvide day-to-day guidance and support to the local finance team member, ensuring effective execution of operational finance activities.\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and enhance overall finance efficiency.\n Qualifications\nYour profile\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.\nCPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.\nMinimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including financial reporting, business partnering, budgeting, and compliance.\nExperience in a multinational environment with exposure to both local and regional finance operations.\nStrong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.\nProven ability to review, improve, and establish finance processes and governance frameworks.\nExperience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business leaders and finance teams across different countries.\nHands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound business judgment.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken;
