You might be an experienced HR Generalist ready to step into an HR Business Partner role, or an HR Business Partner looking for broader scope and new challenges.\nAs a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across North America, providing trusted advice and support across performance, talent, organisational change, workforce planning, and people development. You’ll help leaders build engaged, high performing teams, develop their people, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.\nKey responsibilities:\nBuild a deep understanding of your assigned business areas, including their objectives and people trends.\nProvide timely, consistent advice and coaching to leaders across performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and engagement.\nCollaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure long-term sustainable solutions.\nChampion initiatives that create a positive employee experience, helping teams thrive.\nAnalyze and respond to workforce capability needs, supporting organizational planning and transformation.\nAssist in designing practical people solutions together with the Employee Experience team, ensuring processes are consistently applied.\nLead or contribute to global projects, templates, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with practices across regions.\nHandle local HR matters, from policy interpretation to benefits administration and compliance.\nPromote a “Safety First” approach and adherence to agreed policies, processes, and authority limits.\nHealth, safety and care for the environment come first. You are empowered to stop work if something feels unsafe, and we expect everyone to speak up so we can prevent harm and reduce our environmental impact.\n5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner, or similar role.\nDemonstrated success in designing and implementing change and people-related processes.\nIn-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.\nStrong relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.\nAbility to travel domestically/internationally; a valid passport and unrestricted driving license are required.\nCapability to carry out occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 10 lbs, sitting for long periods).\nWillingness to travel up to 10% across North America, as required. \nLearnable in role:\nFacilitation of internal training and involvement in global projects.\nAny additional languages are welcome.\nIf you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.\n Pay Band\nFor U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $87,117.42 - $105,676.13 USD annually.
