Your initial focus will be building a strong foundation in electrical design, control systems, and project delivery, while gaining exposure to how automation and commissioning bring solutions to life.\nFrom designing electrical systems and supporting project execution through to testing, troubleshooting, and customer installations, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full engineering lifecycle. As your skills develop, you'll have the opportunity to expand into automation, commissioning, and advanced control system projects while contributing to innovative technologies used by customers across the APAC region.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and figure things out. You'll gain exposure to real customer projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and have the opportunity to grow your career across electrical design, automation, and project delivery as your experience develops.\n What You'll Be Doing:\nSupport the design and documentation of electrical systems, including drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.\nAssist with the selection and integration of electrical components, sensors, motors, and control equipment used across customer projects.\nGain exposure to automation and control systems through testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing improvement activities.\nHelp create and maintain engineering templates, tools, and documentation that support efficient project delivery.\nSupport project engineers in delivering customer solutions from design through to testing, commissioning, and project handover.\nParticipate in system setup, customer installations, testing, and troubleshooting activities to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.\nWork alongside experienced engineers on design reviews, technical problem-solving, and systems integration activities.\nAssist with maintaining technical documentation, engineering records, and user guides that support successful project outcomes.\nPromote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nStrong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices.\nAbility to investigate technical problems, think critically, and develop practical solutions.\nCompleted a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nExposure to electrical design, automation, controls, or engineering projects through university, internships, personal projects, or work experience.\nInterested in how machines, electrical systems, and automation solutions work in the real world.\nEnjoys getting involved in testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities.\nWorks well with others and enjoys learning from experienced engineers.\nComfortable collaborating with engineers, project teams, customers, and other stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.\nComfortable working in both office and industrial site environments.\nHolds a valid driver's licence and is willing to travel occasionally in support of project and commissioning activities.\nNice to Have:\nExposure to electrical design software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar.\nExposure to PLCs, industrial automation, controls, or systems integration.\nExperience gained through early-career, internships, engineering projects, technical hobbies, or industrial environments.\n Why work for us:\nBirthday leave - have a day off on us!\nOnsite car parking\nWe love innovation, so we offer a collaborative environment where idea sharing and thinking outside the box is encouraged\nGlobal career opportunities with a strong record for promoting internally\nProfessional training and development: We are passionate about people and seeing them succeed. \nWe care for the planet and want to make a difference for the future\nSuperannuation employer contribution paid on top of base salary\nHow to Apply:\nIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
