This is a greenfield opportunity within a global organisation, where you’ll join a growing and supportive team helping shape how our technology is used in the UK market.\nIn this role, you’ll become a local technical expert for TOMRA’s Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), working closely with customers, technicians, system users, and colleagues across Europe. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our solutions perform at their best-while contributing knowledge, ideas, and improvements as the organisation continues to grow.\nYou’ll also act as an important link between TOMRA Collection UK and our global teams, working closely with colleagues at our Norway head office and R&D hub to share insights, support developments, and help local teams succeed.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs our Product Expert Engineer, you'll play a key role in helping TOMRA's technology perform at its best. Working closely with colleagues across Service, Product, and Operations, you'll combine technical expertise with data-driven insights to improve machine performance and support our growing customer base.\nAct as a technical specialist for our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and supporting systems \nAnalyse machine and operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive performance improvements \nPartner with internal teams to provide technical guidance, product expertise, and configuration support \nLead the resolution of complex technical challenges, collaborating with colleagues across functions and regions \nDeliver engaging training and knowledge-sharing sessions that help technicians and service teams succeed \nSupport new machine installations and help ensure a smooth transition from deployment to operation \n What we’re looking for\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and finding practical solutions to technical challenges.
