This role combines structured project management with a results-oriented approach to ensure all activities align with business objectives.\nImportant: As this role operates across the EMEA region, please submit your CV in English.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCommercial Marketing & Lead GenerationSupport regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programs.\nCollaborate with Sales to design initiatives that generate quality leads.\nCreate and maintain sales enablement tools, case studies, and compelling marketing content.\n\nProject Management & Event ExecutionPlan and coordinate TOMRA Food's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events across EMEA.\nManage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and ensure events deliver an excellent experience.\nOversee development and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.\n\nData & Performance ManagementTrack and report KPIs, campaign results, and event ROI.\nUse CRM and analytics to measure impact and recommend improvements.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent. Additional years of relevant experience can substitute for formal education.\nPractical experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B, sales-driven environment.\nSkills in web content management systems and data analysis to track KPIs and campaign performance.\nFluent in English.
