We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.\nJoin the resource revolution!\n As a Software Engineer, you will help develop the software platform behind our next-generation sorting solutions, with a focus on the development of the user interfaces that customer operators use to control our machines.\nWorking with R&D and cross-functional teams, you will contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment and continuous improvement.\nYour work will directly contribute to product performance, customer success, and TOMRA's mission of reducing food waste and improving sustainability across the global food supply chain.\nThis role involves occasional travel to customer sites or other TOMRA locations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and test software components for TOMRA's sorting systems. \nDevelop intuitive, reliable and high-performing user interfaces for our machine platforms.\nCollaborate with Product and Project Management to deliver customer value. \nParticipate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. \nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects across embedded and PC-based platforms. \nContribute to automated testing, CI/CD, and software quality initiatives. \nParticipate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices. \nContinuously improve the performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability of software solutions. \nHealth, safety and care for the environment come first.
