Your approach helps customers feel supported and confident as they use TOMRA Food technology in their day-to-day operations.\nIf you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, even if you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.\nPrimary Job Functions\nDesign, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and course content for both external customers and internal teams\nCreate and continuously update training materials, technical documentation, and structured learning content to support onboarding, system upgrades, and new product adoption\nAssess training needs during customer interactions and recommend targeted solutions to address skill gaps and drive product adoption\nPartner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and implement structured training solutions\nSupport customers during implementation to enable confident use and adoption of TOMRA technology\nContribute to TOMRA Food’s digital learning platforms, including knowledge base articles, webinars, and online courses\nBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers\nDeliver training initiatives on time and to a high standard of quality\nPromote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry\n What we're looking for\nA Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, sustainable manufacturing, or industrial engineering is preferred\n3+ years of experience in technical service or a comparable technical environment\nExperience delivering training in a technical or operational environment, including virtual or remote formats\nAbility to build trust and credibility when working with individuals and groups\nAbility to understand, interpret, and clearly explain technical concepts and procedures\nExperience reading, analyzing, and applying technical documentation and procedures\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for training delivery and documentation\nBilingual in Spanish is a plus\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint\nCustomer-focused approach when delivering training and support\nAbility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with travel representing approximately 40% of the role\nAbility to work in an open office environment and at industrial customer sites\nAbility to work in food processing plants, farms, cold storage facilities, and outdoor environments with varying temperatures\n Pay Band\nFor U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is $87,110 - $108,897 USD annually.
