Do\nBenefits Offering & Governance\nOwn and evolve TomTom's global benefits offering and governance framework.\nLead benefits reviews, market benchmarking, and renewal cycles.\nDrive continuous improvement of the benefits offering to support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention.\nEnsure the benefits offering aligns with TomTom's people strategy and total rewards philosophy.\nProgram Ownership\nOwn the design, governance, and lifecycle management of:\nPension and retirement programs.\nHealth and medical benefits.\nLife, disability, and accident insurance.\nTransportation and mobility-related benefits.\nWork-life and wellbeing benefits.\nFamily and leave-related programs.\nMeal vouchers and local benefit programs.\nRecognition, anniversary, and employee appreciation programs.\nVendor & Broker Management\nManage relationships with brokers, insurers, and benefits providers globally.\nLead provider selection, tender, and renewal processes.\nMonitor service quality, costs, and employee satisfaction.\nDrive vendor performance management and escalation handling.\nPartner with Procurement and Legal teams on contract negotiations and governance.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with global and local benefits legislation and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor legislative and market developments impacting employee benefits programs.\nMitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.\nSupport audits, governance reviews, and risk assessments.\nEmployee Experience & Communications\nDevelop and execute communication strategies for benefits programs and changes.\nTranslate complex benefits topics into simple, employee-friendly messaging.\nMaintain benefits content, guidelines, and knowledge resources.\nPartner with HR Business Partners, People Services, and managers to improve awareness and adoption of benefits programs.\nSupport employee education initiatives, particularly around pensions, retirement planning, and financial wellbeing.\nOperational Excellence\nOversee benefits administration governance and operating models.\nDrive automation and process improvement initiatives.\nEstablish scalable approaches for global and local benefits administration.\nEnsure data quality across systems, vendors, and reporting.\nSupport benefits-related Workday governance and configuration activities.\nStakeholder Partnership\nAdvise senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and People teams on benefits-related matters.\nPartner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR Operations to deliver integrated rewards solutions.\nAct as the escalation point for complex benefits, pension, and vendor-related matters.\nInfluence decision-making through data, market insights, and business cases.\nWhat You'll Need\nExperience\nSignificant experience in global benefits, compensation & benefits, or total rewards within an international or multinational environment.\nDeep expertise in benefits design, governance, pensions, insurance, and employee wellbeing programs.\nExperience managing global vendors, brokers, and external partners.\nExperience leading complex benefits projects, transformations, and change initiatives.\nStrong understanding of benefits compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions.\nSkills\nStrategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to balance global consistency with local market requirements.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.\nStrong project management and organizational capabilities.\nExperience working with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.\nAbility to use data and market insights to support business decisions and recommendations.\nNice to Have\nExperience within a global technology or software and procurement processes.\nKnowledge of pension reform and benefits legislation across multiple countries.\nExperience driving automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled process improvements within Rewards or HR functions.\nProfessional certifications in Compensation & Benefits, Global Rewards, or related disciplines (e.g., WorldatWork, CEBS,
