As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will work hand-in-hand with the Property Manager, you’ll support the property's maintenance operations and ensure the community is safe, attractive, and fully functional. You’ll complete work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors, and support curb appeal standards.
