On a daily basis, you will be working with business leaders across operations and commercial teams to inform how they measure success, how they use data to inform strategic decisions, and ensure they have the data visibility and tools they need to make progress on those strategies every day.\nYour role\nDesign and deliver data products within the global organization to unlock better operations workflows through automation and improved access to insights.\n\nGenerate new ideas for how to leverage the data we have to drive business performance\n\nProvide data-driven guidance to business leaders on key strategic decisions\n\nElevate data literacy across the organisation, with an eye toward consistency, ease of understanding, and educating on the right way to use data in each function\n\nElevate the Global Analytics team by sharing best practices and learnings and offering ad-hoc guidance to other team members on their projects\n\nRequirements\nYou have previous experience in an analytical role\n\nYou have a breadth of experience mapping business questions to data problems\n\nYou are motivated by improving efficiency and effectiveness through automation\n\nYou are driven by the “why” behind the work that you do, always eager to ask an extra question to make sure you’re solving for the right thing\n\nYou have experience managing multiple projects\n\nYou are passionate about data literacy\n\nYou have a proactive mindset and work well in a team environment\n\nYou are strongly proficient in SQL\n\nYou are strongly proficient in at least one BI/Data Visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)\n\nOur values\nWe win together: Food waste is a big beast to fight.
