We are building a platform that will redefine how users interact with health and self-improvement tools.\nTo support this growth, we are looking for a Creative Manager for Advertising who can develop strong advertising concepts, analyze competitors, and help us continuously improve our creative strategy.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a creative and analytical person who is passionate about health, marketing, and user psychology. Your main responsibility will be developing advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).\nThis role requires someone who can:\ndeeply understand the product\n\nanalyze competitors\n\ngenerate new creative ideas\n\nwrite strong advertising hooks and messages\n\ncontinuously test and improve concepts\n\nWe are looking for someone who truly wants to grow in the health & wellness space and contribute to the development of a global product.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop new advertising creative concepts for paid campaigns (primarily Meta Ads)\n\nAnalyze competitors, market trends, and successful ads in the health & wellness space\n\nCreate concepts for video and image ads\n\nWork closely with designers, editors, and marketing team members\n\nWrite hooks, headlines, and primary ad texts\n\nPlan and organize creative testing\n\nAnalyze creative performance and suggest improvements\n\nGenerate new ideas for UGC-style ads, storytelling formats, and product positioning\n\nHelp adapt advertising concepts for different audiences and markets\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting, or creative strategy\n\nStrong copywriting or content writing skills\n\nExperience creating advertising concepts or marketing campaigns\n\nAbility to analyze competitors and identify successful advertising patterns\n\nStrong creative thinking combined with analytical mindset\n\nGood understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem\n\nUpper-intermediate English level or higher\n\nStrong research skills and ability to present insights clearly\n\nHigh level of organization and ownership\n\nImportant Requirements\nWe are primarily looking for candidates who:\nHave experience working with international markets (US or Europe)\n\nHave experience in the health, wellness, lifestyle, or self-improvement niche\n\nCandidates who worked only with the Ukrainian market outside the health industry will not be considered.\nExperience with the US audience and understanding of US advertising communication style is a strong advantages.\nNice to Have\nExperience working with UGC creators or influencers\n\nExperience in mobile apps marketing\n\nUnderstanding of web funnels and conversion psychology\n\nExperience creating creative strategies for paid traffic\n\nAbility to think in advertising angles and positioning\n\nBenefits:\nFully remote work and flexible schedule, allowing you to independently plan your workweek.
